Robyn Nasuti - CENTURY 21 Commonwealth

For TOP REALTOR Robyn Nasuti, multi-tasking is second nature. She can seamlessly move between making chocolate-covered pretzels for her niece to staging a million-dollar horse property with the help of drone photography. The secret to Robyn’s award-winning success is quality customer service mixed with a firm resolve to always get the job done right.

Real estate hasn’t always been in Robyn’s forecast, however. When the market crashed in 2005, she wasn’t ready to leave corporate America, especially with a third child on the way. Instead, she put her background in marketing to good use, working part-time with a broker to learn the business.

In time, Robyn found herself wanting to pursue real estate full-time. She soon made the life-changing decision to join Century 21, moving from 1 transaction and 1 listing for the year to closing 15 transactions and 15 rentals within 11 months, as well as being named Rookie of the Year. "Moving to Century 21 was the tipping point. I received hands-on training; I learned everything I needed to be a successful REALTOR.”

Robyn also enrolled in one of Brian Buffini’s famed coaching classes. This training, coupled with her MBA and a great mentor at Century 21, gave her the tools she needed to build a sound business. Since then, she has acquired various designations, such as ABR, SFR, GREEN and SRES, to provide the best possible service to clients. "Learning is extremely important to me. Education and training help me to not only position myself in a more knowledgeable light but to position people’s homes and dreams properly as well.”

For Robyn, the most important aspect of her business is quality customer service. She was the first agent in almost ten years to receive the Pinnacle Quality Service Award in her office. With her training, the office has been receiving the award consecutively ever since. "I feel that if you give people good service, they’ll tell others. This is very much a relationship business and you need to let people know that you’re

not only going to help them, but that you’re on their side.”

Though some agents can be very transactional, Robyn focuses on her clients’ happiness by fostering genuine relationships. "I try to figure out how best to communicate with clients on their own personal level. There are people who don’t text or email, for instance. They want to be called. You need to listen to clients and find out what’s important to them. Constant feedback is vital, and it goes both ways.”

More important than focusing on any one segment of the market, Robyn focuses on treating all clients the same. "It’s more important to provide the highest level of guidance and support,” she admits. "For me, excellence is an attitude. I have a real commitment to being the best that I can be. I approach my work with a positive attitude and a professional outlook.” Her professionalism is what most clients cite as one of her greatest strengths.

Robyn also cherishes her involvement with the community. She serves as secretary for the Mendon Upton Education Foundation Board of Trustees, and works with the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America as well. As a food allergy advocate with two children that have life-threatening food allergies, she knows the importance of finding a cure.

Robyn thoroughly enjoys what each new day brings. "I love doing different things,” she admits. "I also love spending time with family. Being a real estate agent allows for flexibility. It’s a work/life balance that’s entirely rewarding.” To contact Robyn Nasuti, email her at or call (774) 573-1336.
